Lenovo's IdeaPad Vibe Takes on the MacBook Neo With Seven Colors
Lenovo has unveiled the IdeaPad Vibe, a new productivity laptop clearly positioned to compete with Apple's MacBook Neo. The Vibe launches in 14-inch and 15-inch sizes, starting at a price similar to Apple's entry, and will ship with AMD chips in October followed by Qualcomm-powered models in November. Intel versions, likely built on the upcoming Wildcat Lake platform, will arrive later without a firm date.
While Apple offers the Neo in four colors, Lenovo is going bigger with seven playful options: dreamy violet, spicy gold, zen green, chill blue, radiant coral, moody blue, and lowkey gray. Lenovo is also offering custom ordering, letting buyers pick their preferred shade directly.
The move signals Lenovo's intent to capture budget-conscious buyers who want a stylish, colorful laptop without committing to macOS.
